project management

From the project initiation to completion, dmac is efficient in delivering consistent customer service, support, and details. Our people who start the project are the same people who see it through to the end.

concepts, initial designs, and prototypes

Technicians and Designers work in the latest programs, including SolidWorks, Solid Works electrical, plus Robot reach studies and simulations. We provide 3-D modeling, plus prototypes that are tested and proven for efficiency.

manufacturing

dmac has in-house machining but also outsources its manufacturing to local businesses right at our doorstep. We benefit from a flexible manufacturing team that allows us to accommodate small or large jobs – and several at a time!

electrical and controls

Our certified electricians provide complete electrical services, including Industrial Machine Controls Designs and Build; CSA/UL Approved Panel Design and Build; PLC programming, HMI programming, and robot programming. We also provide all of our customers support for controls troubleshooting and debugging.

in-house testing and run-off capabilities

Our 21,000 sq.ft. shop accommodates all our solution testing and is expendable if needed. Onsite, dmac completes all mechanical and electrical debugging, plus performs system run-offs and demonstrations.

install and support

We provide complete onsite installation, startup, and onsite training for all of our automation solutions.
